ALL IOWA ATTACK OPEN GYM

All Iowa Attack program members will have access to facilities from 6AM to 10PM daily throughout the year. Each member will get their own access code to access facilities during these hours. Facility access will be restricted during tournaments, practices and other Attack scheduled events.

Members will have exclusive usage of training courts in both Waukee and Ames. Additional courts can be used when available. Membership includes access to 8 Dr. Dish shooting guns, a Dr Dish profile with shooting history.

Availability is subject to change based on the Attack program and facility needs. Parental supervision is required while using the facility. The facilities will not be available during tournament weekends, with the exception of Sunday nights from approximately 6PM to 9PM for member usage.

**Being a part of the All Iowa Attack program is the only way to get access to facilities for workouts outside of scheduled Attack events (practices, camps, tournaments, etc).**

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Recognizing the need/desire for simply just an open basket or court to workout on your own, we have decided to open up our Attack facilities to Attack families to use outside of traditional Attack practices/workouts and tournaments. We obviously stress the importance of getting shots up and workouts in on your own/with a parent, so there is no excuse now with our facilities being opened up daily for this!

Open gym usage is available to Attack players only, boys & girls 3rd-12th grade.
Attack program members are not allowed to bring non-members to use the facilities.
Every member will receive their own unique Access Code to be able to enter the facility at their leisure.
Only Attack trainers (Attack coaches or Attack approved trainers) will be allowed to train athletes in Attack facilities.
Parental supervision (or an adult trainer) is required at all times for a player/group of players using the facilitie
Facility will be open to you 6a-10p daily for Attack program members to access on their own. Restrictions apply during hosted tournaments & practices. See calendar for times when a court is open.
