Spring/Summer 2026 Tryouts for All Iowa Attack Girls are now LIVE.  Players can try out in Waukee or Coralville to be evaluated. We will use the tryouts from both locations to evaluate players for proper team/group placement for our upcoming season. AIA Girls will be offering teams out of both Central and Eastern Iowa.

 

Practices will begin the week of March 23rd. Tournaments run April through July. Exact breakup of teams and specific practice schedules will be determined based on tryouts (i.e. - if you want to play for Attack but don't want to leave the Des Moines metro, we will have that option for you). We will use the parent meeting at the end of tryouts to give a preview of the upcoming season. If you are interested in playing for Attack, the best thing you can do is show up to tryouts, see what it's like, and get a preview of the upcoming season.
