how will teams be structured?

We will have National teams in both Central Iowa and Eastern Iowa.

NIKE teams will be based in Central Iowa with players from all over Iowa as well as surrounding states.

The number of teams in each location will be determined as commitments come in. 

Where will teams practice?

Central Iowa National Players

Wednesday nights are the main practice night but you can come up to 3 more nights a week as well for extra gym time.

Eastern Iowa National Players

Wednesday nights are the main practice night but you can come up to 3 more nights a week as well for extra gym time.

What is a typical tournament schedule?

Teams will play in 10-12 tournaments from April to July. 

Central Iowa & Eastern Iowa National teams play a majority
of tournaments in Iowa.

NIKE teams will travel out of state a little more often.

What are the costs to play on an attack team?

See FEES page on website.

All new players will buy a uniform and pay a program fee.

These are the only two expenses paid to AIA, there are no additional fees to AIA.
