The following is a list of workout days and times by group for workouts starting May 1 and will carry on through the end of May and then into June & July with some modifications in June & July due to tournaments.

We will have the following procedures in place for these workouts:

We will follow all general COVID-19 guidelines with the following details as it relates to these sessions:


We will have 10 basketball set out on racks on each court. All other balls will be put away.  Each of these 10 basketball will be cleaned after each workout session. We will have disinfectant spray and hand sanitizer available at both facilities as players enter/exit the courts.


We have a 15 minute break between each session.  All players waiting for their session, please stay in the lobby until called to the court.  Players finishing their workout will leave the court right away and head to the lobby and exit the gym promptly. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your workout.


No parents or non-athletes will be allowed in the gym. Please drop off your athlete at the door and be ready in your car to pick them up after their workout.  You can watch the workouts online if you would like, here is information on how to do that:

This will be a nice new thing for the future for times you have to miss a tournament or for grandparents that can't make a game.

  
Generally speaking kids will be separated during the workout. We will have up to 10 players on a court and there may be some interaction between the players hopefully nobody is within 6' of each other.  No scrimmaging or offense/defense situations will occur until at least May 15, at which time we will reevaluate the situation.
