There is no such thing as a full off-season! After taking the month of August off, getting back in the gym and working hard on your game with like-minded athletes for the upcoming Sept live period, HS season, or 4th-8th fall/winter season is very important! Here are the details of when you can join us in the gym:
At this time, the Fall Training Program is open to current and prospective AIA players only. If you are interested in participating and not currently a member of AIA, please send Blake Jensen an email at email@example.com and we will see if this is the right training for you!
Your package includes the ability to participate in up to 17 workouts during the months of September and October. These workouts will be the same dates, times and location as the older kids. You will just NOT play in the Sept 23-24 tournament.
4TH - 6TH REGISTRATION
Your package includes up to 17 workouts during September and October and a roster spot on an Attack team in “The Best of the Best Showcase” fall NCAA live period event in Ames on the Sept 23-24 weekend. It will be very important/required for those playing in the Sept 23-24 live period event to be at the (5) Wed/Sun workouts in Sept as those will be a little more team oriented leading up to the live period. Thursday nights in Sept and Sun/Thurs workouts following the live period are more additional/optional workouts that will be pure skill based training to continue to develop your game and prepare you for your upcoming HS or Attack seasons!
